Eligibility Bachelor of Business Administration & Bachelor of Laws (BBA LL.B) direct admission:

A candidate should have passed standard 10+2 or equivalent examination from any recognized board with a minimum of 45% marks (40% for S.C. /S.T).A candidate who has appeared for his/her standard 10+2 or equivalent examination can apply. However, his/ her admission will be subject to obtaining a minimum of 45% marks (40% for S.C. / S.T.).

Selection Procedure in Symbiosis Law School, SLS Noida:

• Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET)
• Personal Interaction and Written Ability Test (PI- WAT) for shortlisted candidates based on SET

Selection is done in two phases:

Candidates will be short listed on the basis of the SET score.

The short listed candidates will be invited for Personal Interview (PI) and Written Ability Test (WAT) at:

1. Symbiosis International University Noida Campus (Symbiosis Law School, Block A 47/48, Sector 62, Noida - 201301)
2. Final Merit list shall be drawn on the basis of SET Score (50%) and PI-WAT performance (50%). In other words, it will be based on the cumulative marks scored on the scale of 100 marks wherein SET score will be scaled down to 50 marks i.e. 50% weight age and the remaining 50% weightage will be assigned as follows: Personal Interaction (PI) - 30 marks i.e. 30% and Written Ability Test (WAT) - 20 marks i.e. 20%.

For seeking admission to the Symbiosis Law School, Noida students should adopt and complete the following procedure:

STEP I: 

The applicant must register online for Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET) Examination, 2017.

For mode of payment, please visit official website. Applicant shall receive the prospectus from Symbiosis International University, Pune only.

STEP II:

In addition to SET registration, applicant has to fill up an online application form available at official website by paying Rs. 1000/¬ This is mandatory condition, without which applicant will not be considered for short¬listing for Personal Interview and Written Ability Test.

The payment for this can be made online by credit card along with the payment of SET registration OR by forwarding a Demand Draft in favor of “Symbiosis Law School, Noida” payable at Noida/Delhi, to the Institute OR by paying through credit card at the time of online application to the institute OR through Net Banking (account details are available on the Application form).In case payment is made by Demand Draft, please mention your name and the SET ID number on the back of the Demand Draft and send it by Speed Post (EMS)/Registered AD only and must reach on or before May 16, 2015 at Symbiosis Law School, Noida.

Assessment:

All internal courses will have 100% component as internal evaluation at the institute level. All external courses will have 40% internal component and 60% external component [University]examination.

Standard of Passing:

The assessment of the student for each examination is done , based on relative performance .Maximum grade Point (GP) is 10 corresponding to outstanding. For all courses, a student is required to pass both internal and external examination separately with a minimum grade point of corresponding to Grade. Students securing less than 40% absolute marks in each head of passing will be declared FAIL. The university awards a degree to the student who has achieved a minimum CGPA of 4 out of maximum of 10 CGPA for the programmed.

Bachelor of Business Administration & Bachelor of Laws (BBA LL.B) Award of Degree:

Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Laws degree will be awarded at the end of semester X by taking into consideration the performance of all semester examinations after obtain minimum 4.00 CGPA out of 10 CGPA.
